Story Wednesdays will feature short stories submitted by language professionals, like you! These stories can vary from funny, to memorable, inspiring, to emotional, shocking to compelling. Basically, any job-related story that has left an impression on you. Stories that are selected, will be featured on Season 2 of the Brand the Interpreter Podcast.
If your story is selected. You will be notified by email. The following is a list of the criteria to follow in order to ensure your submission is received:
Stories must be submitted in one of two ways:
Written: No more than 3,000 words, font size 12, double-spaced. Feel free to copy and paste in an email or you may attach your document as well. If your story goes beyond 3,000 words, it will not be reviewed. Please remember to omit any identifiable names of people or organizations.
MP3 file format: You may also choose to record your own story and submit your recording via email. Files may not exceed 25MB (roughly 15-20 minutes of audio).
Please fill out a contact form under the "Let's Connect!" tab of this website. Let me know you're interested in sharing your story and I'll reach out to you with further details. Make sure to reference Story Wednesdays. Please submit only stories that are truly memorable to you!
